What gets coordinated, and how

• Availability: each musician marks whether they can make the service, and the director sees it while building the team.
• Each person's function, per event: playing bass on Sunday isn't the same as singing at rehearsal. It's set per service.
• Automatic notifications: when someone is assigned they get an email with the date, their function and a button to confirm or decline.
