What is Eslyrio

Eslyrio is the platform for your worship ministry to manage its repertoire, build the song lists for each service and organize the team. And, if you want, you can sync it with Holyrics (the software that projects the lyrics in the temple).

1. What Eslyrio does

From one place, your team can:

• Manage the repertoire: songs with chords, keys and BPM.
• Build the song lists (setlists) per service.
• Organize the team: leader and musicians for each service.
• …and, if you want, sync with Holyrics the songs and the lists.

All of this also works without integrating Holyrics: you can use Eslyrio just to manage the repertoire, the lists and the team. The Holyrics integration is an optional extra.

2. Roles

• Administrator: full access (settings, team, content).
• Director: manages content and the team, without the administration part.
• Co-director: helps the director with everything musical —songs, services, each service's team, the schedule and instruments—, but doesn't manage people or settings.
• Musician: views the songs and lists where they take part.
• Event leader: it's not a role ✗. It's a musician (or director) assigned to a specific service ✓: their role doesn't change ✗ and they gain permissions ✓ — they can create and edit the church's songs ✓ (not delete them ✗) and build that event's list ✓. It's part of the Initial plan ✓: each musician keeps their function in their profile ✓ and the director adjusts it in every service ✓. That applies while the event hasn't passed ✓: on the event day, all day long ✓; the next day they're back to a read-only musician ✗.

3. How accounts are created

• The first user (who creates the church) signs up with an access code sent to their email. That profile is the church administrator.
• The rest of the team (musicians and directors) join via invitation you send from "Team". They don't register on their own.

4. How to sync with Holyrics

Eslyrio syncs with Holyrics. Bringing your repertoire into Eslyrio needs no plan (you export it and upload it). Sending to Holyrics needs a paid Holyrics plan (not Eslyrio's plan; Basic or higher):

• Basic (local agent): a small program on the temple computer keeps everything up to date.
• Advanced (official API): syncs automatically, without an agent.

You can use Eslyrio without syncing with Holyrics, as the normal mode: manage everything in the app and build the list in Holyrics manually when you project. The Holyrics integration is optional.

5. Platforms

It works in the browser (desktop and mobile) and can be installed as an app (PWA) from the phone.
